2026 Spring Semester High School Internship Program

2026 Spring Semester High School Internship Program

Published Date
Jan 7, 2026
Starting this spring semester, we are launching a semester-based internship program for high school students.
This is not a volunteer position or a shadowing experience. The program is designed for students to take on real responsibilities within an educational setting and produce measurable outcomes.

What Interns Will Do

Students will:
  • Serve as Teaching Assistants (TAs) in class operations and academic management
  • Participate directly in educational content creation and organization
Priority consideration will be given to students in 11th grade and above. Final selection will be made through an interview process.

What We Look For

We care less about how high your grades are and more about how you perform in a real-world working environment.
  • Responsibility: Completing assigned tasks with consistency and ownership
  • Communication: Asking questions, reporting progress, and collaborating effectively
  • Reliability: Keeping commitments and fulfilling your role within a team

Internship Benefits

💼 Meaningful Work Experience

  • Official Teaching Assistant experience that can be clearly listed on a résumé
  • Not a title-only internship, but one with tangible contributions and outcomes

📄 Résumé & Activity Description Coaching

  • Editing aligned with U.S. college application standards
  • Guidance on articulating impact—not just listing tasks, but demonstrating measurable contribution

📚 Pre-College Professional Skills

  • Time management
  • Accountability within a team structure
  • Receiving and applying feedback
  • Functioning effectively in a collaborative environment

🗣️ Opportunity for a Recommendation Letter

  • Available to students who demonstrate long-term commitment, measurable contribution, and strong responsibility
  • Based on real performance and growth—not short-term or symbolic participation
This program is designed for students who want more than a line on their résumé. It is for those ready to work, contribute, and grow.
