YEON manages
every step of a student’s learning.
We keep the process connected in and out of class — giving students confidence and parents peace of mind.
Classes alone do not complete learning.
The same four problems repeat.
Learning gaps
Review, questions, and mistake correction disappear between class and home.
An invisible process
Parents can rarely tell how much — or how — their child actually studied.
Shallow mistake review
Students solve plenty of problems, but the patterns behind wrong answers are rarely tracked or corrected.
High instructor dependency
When class quality swings with each instructor’s style, a consistent experience cannot be guaranteed.
What raises grades is not the amount of class time but the continuity of learning. Even a great class leaves nothing behind if the six days after it are empty. What we manage is not the class — it is the time in between.
Every engagement moves through the same four steps.
There is no precise prescription without a precise diagnosis. Just as hiding symptoms from a doctor leads to the wrong treatment, the more honestly we see a student’s current state, the more accurate the direction becomes.
Diagnose
We pinpoint current skill, missing concept ranges, and mistake patterns.
Design
We build a per-student plan. The plan carries on even when the person in charge changes.
Manage
We check daily that the plan is holding, and correct course the same day it slips.
Prove
Daily plans and monthly reports keep the whole process on record for you to see.
Management Types
The intensity of management depends on where the student is.
The default form. Plans, assignments, tests, and reports keep learning continuous.
A temporary phase where we directly fill missing concept ranges. Once the target is reached, students return to Academic Management.
From course selection to activities and essays, we manage all four years so scattered choices come together into one story.
Learning has no off-season.
During the semester we make sure school never slips; during breaks we get ahead of the next semester.
- School assignment, quiz, and test management
- Unlimited materials
- Analysis of score changes and recovery coaching
- Getting ahead in next year’s core subjects
- Credit By Exam prep
- Early credits that free up course planning
- Daily plans
- Monthly reports
- Weekly check-ins
The longer we work with a student, the more accurate we become. One semester is not enough to learn how a student stumbles and which words get them moving again.
When students grow comfortable with us and we truly come to know them, we can finally give them exactly what they need right now. What YEON aims for is not one semester’s grades, but staying with students until they reach the goals they set.
Four areas. One way of managing.
From standardized-test prep to fundamentals and advanced learning, we reduce learning gaps through individual weakness analysis and close management.

Stories from real YEON families.
They looked after every single step of the application process. Beyond consultants, they were mentors who genuinely cared about our child.
They built the ability to think, not just to solve problems. The individual feedback and meticulous assignment management were a huge help.
They understood our child’s tendencies and set the right study direction, and grades rose significantly. We are very satisfied.
Kind consultations, a well-structured program, and truly capable teachers. I recommend them with confidence.
What your child may need is not more classes,
but learning management that never breaks.
We will review your student’s current learning state together and find the next step that matters most.
- See where your student stands today, based on current grades, courses, and study habits
- A recommendation for the management type and starting point your student needs now
- A per-student solution plan delivered after the consultation
